Cutting down on processed sugar (paying attention to what we eat – nutrition requirements, doing some physical activity (even moderate exercise) and doing some form of relaxation on a daily basis is very beneficial to our general/overall health. Remember – don’t sweat the small stuff. And please remember to socialize (you and those you socialize with will benefit).
